Nancy has worked for ten years in the nonprofit field. Her broad range of agency experience began at the Crisis Intervention Center, where she was Director of Volunteer Services. She then took on the challenges of fund raising and marketing as Vice President of Development at Monroe Harding Children's Home and, most recently, she served as the State Executive Director for MADD Tennessee. With her extensive work in fund raising, program development, and nonprofit management, as well as her enthusiasm, passion and drive, Nancy provides the experienced leadership HHH needs.

Mimi Fondren,
House Manager
fondren@hospitalhospitalityhouse.org

Never one to choose just one career path, Mimi has a Master's Degree in Social Work and a B.A. in Communications. She has been a social worker for both Vanderbilt Medical Center and the Exchange Club Family Center and, most recently, was the Marketing/Media Relations Coordinator for the Frist Center for the Visual Arts. Her unique combination of skills and talents serve HHH on a variety of fronts, and she enjoys the opportunity to work with the incredible people who HHH serves.

David J. Moore,
Office Manager
moore@hospitalhospitalityhouse.org

David was looking for a position that offered him an opportunity to put his outstanding organizational and writing skills to work for a dynamic social service agency. The match with HHH couldn’t have been more perfect. With a varied background that includes work as an Office Manager for Hupo LLC, time spent as a teaching assistant in the English Department at UT Chattanooga, experience as a teller for First Tennessee and most recently working for Kroll as an investigative researcher, David brings all his eclectic work experience, his keen intuition, and his quiet compassion to his work at HHH.

Emily
Emily Chadwick,
Program Coordinator
chadwick@hospitalhospitalityhouse.org

Emily comes to HHH with a MSW from the University of Kansas.   She most recently worked at Nations Ministry Center, where she coordinated the volunteer program and assisted with the refugee youth programs.   Additional volunteer management experience at the Mountain Tennessee Outreach Project made Emily a wonderful fit for HHH as she assists our House Manager with administering the HHH volunteer program! Emily’s case management experience comes from her work as a student intern at the Colmery-O’Neil VA Medical Center in Topeka, KS where she provided services for psychiatric inpatients.   She also has worked with homeless populations, serving as a social work intern for the Johnson County Interfaith Hospitality Network in Olathe, KS.

Sherry
Sherry Daniels,
Program
Assistant
daniels@hospitalhospitalityhouse.org

After spending 37 years working in the mortgage and real estate industry, Sherry decided she wanted a change – she wanted to work with people.   As her years of community service so wonderfully illustrate, she is a real “people-person.”   She assisted with the founding of Room in the Inn, has enjoyed a long involvement with the homeless ministry at Jackson Park Church and has worked with the Tennessee Children’s Home.  She came to assist Hospital Hospitality House as a volunteer in 2007. Working at HHH provided Sherry with a perfect opportunity to share her great spirit with others.   As HHH Program Assistant, Sherry works in the Residence in the evenings, greeting guests as they return from long days at the hospital, making sure all get a good dinner and have what they need for a restful night.

Amy Maden,
Accountant
maden@hospitalhospitalityhouse.org

Amy’s name may sound familiar. Amy served as the HHH Accountant for a year in 2005-2006, leaving us to accept a full-time position as Vice President of Finance for The Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee. In early summer 2008, Amy decided to do contract work for nonprofits full time, and HHH was fortunate to lure her back when then-accountant Nancy Williams left. Amy’s intelligence, speed and expertise in the particulars of nonprofit finance are an invaluable asset to our growing agency.

Patsy Robinson,
Weekend Program Coordinator
robinson@hospitalhospitalityhouse.org

Most recently with the Upper Cumberland Community Services Agency, Patsy has worked primarily in the field of non-profit and social services. Her calm demeanor and her resourcefulness are of great benefit to her work here at HHH. She is quick to go out of her way to help a guest with an unusual problem, and it is good to know that she is here keeping services and programs available to our guests over each weekend!
